About Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) focuses on the bones in the human head and the vertebrae (the bones in the spine) and sacrum (the bone at the base of the spine, connected to the pelvis). It also involves the brain, the central nervous system, the cerebrospinal fluid, and the system of membranes inside the cranium (skull) and spinal column.

I practice the Milne CST method as taught by Wes Vaught, a student of Hugh Milne. Wes studied seventeen years with Milne while Hugh developed his CST method. This method focuses on feeling the whole body and supporting it in moving to and settling into a state of improved balance and alignment. It is profoundly affecting, quiet, deeply effective therapy.
